CONDITIONS OF RETURN & EXCHANGES
Product must be sent back within 25 days of receipt on all Australia and International deliveries. If 25 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs, international duties, and taxes are not covered on any returned or exchanged items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is stated in the description section noting refunds are not applicable.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, we sincerely apologise. Please note we will replace or refund for this item.
We ask that you email detailed photos and send a brief description of the damage. Warranty on all items is valid for 6months from the day of purchase. You will then need to return the jewellery in secured packaging. We can only replace items that are in stock and will do our best to keep you our customer happy. This does not cover everyday wear and tear.
